"KinetX is a great place to work but it has its issues. If you meet the CEO you'll know why so many people want to work here. He's got the personality of a technology titan and makes you believe you can do anything. But the company is also having problems internally. It's not able to complete some tasks and finding work has been less than ideal. Raises and bonuses have ceased while the recession is going on - but the benefits and salary is still decent."
