"I worked at Kinetic Vision as an engineering co-op in the Modeling and Simulation department. Kinetic Vision has a great system set up to get co-ops quickly accustomed to the many software programs needed to succeed at the position. The full-time engineers assigned as mentors are understanding and incredibly helpful. This is a great place to gain real-world experience and learn about customer interaction as well."

"Kinetic Vision is a great company to work for. One of the only companies in Cincinnati that does any VR or Unity / Unreal Engine 4 work. I started working there in college, and got a full time employment later on after graduating. It's been voted one of the best places to work in Cincinnati, and I'd still have to agree. Only downside is not a lot of room for growth as the company structure is very flat."
