"This place requires its engineers and technicians to work insane amounts of hours (12+ per day and sometimes weekends). Poor management of time and resources. Benefits are basically non-existent with only 5 days pto per year and that's if they ever approve it. The pto also doesn't roll over so if you don't get to use it, you lose it."
