"I loved the research, the creative develpment, the hiring and supervision--in other words, the job itself. I just didn't care for the culture and management above my level."

"No idea at this point. In fact, the marketing department was moved back to NJ."

"While there were some truly good professionals, the sales and marketing department was like a glorified fraternity when I arrived--a culture that stemmed from ownership down."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I made several when I resigned, and to their credit, they did get more proactive with regard to improving hiring policies and eliminating sexual harassment in the workplace."
