"Break the old school mentality by removal of non-forward thinking management"

"the comraderie with my peers and the physician involvement with my role."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"DONT DO IT, IT'S A TRAP! they pay well for one reason only; because they treat you like crap. The turnover at Kindred is extremely high because most employes are extremely dissatisfied with thier job."

What don't you like about working at Kindred?

"Senior administration seems not to care about the employees, my direct supervisor is underqualified and knows very little about the job responsibilities/is incapable of doing the job independently, emotionally unstable, lacks the proper education and credentials."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"make more effort to acknowledge the employees for thier accomplishments, help the department I work for and the facility become more streamlined and organized, hold people accountable for thier responsibilities, have clearer definitions of job roles available."
