"Nothing new under the sun. This company is the same as all the other corporate businesses that claim they are the number one child care provider in the country. Low staffing issues, low wages for employees (though we're not doing it for the money, right?), gossip among employees, very few "thanks" from families, not enough supplies/support to keep children engaged, and the list goes on and on. I don't blame KinderCare. This country does not value education the way other countries do. So, money will never be invested the way it should be toward the things that really matter-the children. Teachers will continue to be overworked, underpaid, and thus will suffer burnout. It's an epidemic across the entire field. But if you have the heart and are dedicated to making a difference, it can be done, no matter the company."
