"Kimoto unfortunately has a very low morale of employees across the board. The compensation was quite low and the commission structure for sales was often confusing, leading to the majority of the reps raarely ever making any bonuses and only their (low) base salary.The tools given to perform the job, such as a simple CRM database are nonexistant, often leading to reps stealing away accounts from each other and management settling such disputes by playing favorites. NOT a good place to prosper"
