"Be yourself and but make sure you have an idea of what all in required (environment, travel, interaction with the public, the use of your educational background, etc.) before you accept the position."

What don't you like about working at Kimberly-Clark ?

"There was not proper on-boarding training for new hires. New hires had no standard set in place for the various processes"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Create better standards by which new hires can adhere to. This will enable them to know all of the steps involved in completing a task."

"Work at KC was OK, but the job I was currently in was not interesting to me."
