"The company needs to pay more for weekly per diem when you're out of town. When you're salary and you have to work 70-80 hours a week on a consistent basis to get a project done, it's not recognized by the company. There should be some recognition for it with extra time off or a bonus."

"Field staff not supported by home office personnel. Incompetent, lazy Project Managers and Executives. Company extremely slow in paying subcontractors, which does wonders for supers' ability to push work in the field. Definitely would not recommend working for; and would not hire to build for me. Company has track record of late project delivery, and being terminated from projects by owners. Not to mention previous bankruptcy."
