"Kiersted Systems was a wonderful place to work. I enjoyed my time there immensely. I felt that my contributions were appreciated, my input used, and my needs fulfilled. There is not a particularly high advancement ability as the company is not growing very fast. That said, the climate with the VP of Technology (the direct manager of the developers) is outstanding. He is friendly, and encourages a friendly comedy laden environment. Pay and compensation tend to be higher than other places."
