"Kiersted systems was a terrific place to work. There was little availability for advancement as the software team is pretty small and there is a single supervisor. I felt at home there. My supervisor was friendly, affable, and had a great sense of humor. He promoted a healthy atmosphere and culture that made it easy to work with him and the others on the team. We were always given the latest tools and software to work on (within reason), and management took into account dev concerns."
"Kiersted Systems was a wonderful place to work. I enjoyed my time there immensely. I felt that my contributions were appreciated, my input used, and my needs fulfilled. There is not a particularly high advancement ability as the company is not growing very fast. That said, the climate with the VP of Technology (the direct manager of the developers) is outstanding. He is friendly, and encourages a friendly comedy laden environment. Pay and compensation tend to be higher than other places."
