"I like the children the most about working at Kid's World. I also like the programs they have for the children and the cleanliness of the center."

What don't you like about working at Kids World Learning Center?

"The staff there all seen to be unhappy and that leads to a high turnover rate. I believe if the director was more understandable, she would be able to keep her staff for longer periods of time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To listen more to the staf's suggestions and bend a little. Some staff are also special to the director and that leads to discontent."
