My name is Shawnbria Wright I work with your company called kids R Kids Located in Arlington Texas address 600 Debbie Ln, Arlington, TX 76002 I am currently employed there for 3 weeks now and on the floor 2 weeks I was assigned to room #300 with the 2 years old that's where I was best at and was familiar with doing and I was supposed to be a teacher not a floater those are two different positions I voluntarily to help in room 400 today and was told I need to be moved in another room remind you I am still new and I am a teacher not a floater and I already voluntarily moved already so I explained why I not won't to moved I just got comfortable working with the kids in room #400 with the 3 years old and Ms T I do not know her name she a black lady work in the front desk mostly said she gonna go get a manger and Ms Michelle front desk manger I believe that's her position I wasn't probably introduced to anyone so I do not know came in room #400 tell me I need to moved now and with an nasty attitude then proceed to extend her arms out and open her hands and put them in my face that's it very unprofessional and classifies work harassment violence and I do not appreciate that and her calling me names and all of this was happening in the room with the kids I tried to continue doing my stop she prevented that from happening if she didn't like me saying no should've just fired me and told me to leave and I was perfectly fine with that but her putting her hands in my face and called me out my name will not be acceptable! And I did not appreciate Ms T front desk back lady pointing fingers at me like I was the monster or the problem didn't even ask me what happened or try to get my side of the story or anything she just jumped to conclusions and took actions and I do not appreciate that she should've asked me what happened I just said no and expanded why I asked no and I explained to her why I was so upset and she didn't even hear a word I said and assumed I was in the"
