"The company was so concerned with being innovative that they were always rolling out new programs and stores never got a chance to fully implement programs before they were replaced with something new."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fully conceptualize concepts before implementing them in studios so that the concepts aren't constantly changing. It's one thing for a concept to evolve to fit the needs of the business, but Kiddie Kandids would implement them before they were fully developed."
