"Don't interview there."

What don't you like about working at Kiddie Academy?

"everything. It was a hostile work environment. There was obvious abuse among the children toward each other and also from their family environment. This was ignored by the owner because he was only interested in money and not the welfare of the children. He would make crude sexual gestures toward the other teachers in the school as well. There was a plethora of misbehaved children and nothing was ever done about it. Many DPW codes were broken. The curriculum was terrible and it was impossible to follow because the owner would not get the teachers their art supplies or any other supplies for that matter and he locked the art closet so that we could not get in there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that since they are in a daycare environment, they should care about the children in their school. They should also value their underpaid, under appreciated hardworking staff."
