Managers are somewhat disorganized, and there is a noticeable lack of direction and communications from the managers. I was never sure what my actual job was, and it seemed to change on a daily basis. When the work assignments do come, it was very chaotic to scramble to meet the expectations of the customers due to no prior discussions about the project ahead of time to the team that was to take action. Again, the managers are not organized enough to bring this prior knowledge to the team to start making up a plan.
