They've slashed the pay plan, taken away bonuses (or made them borderline unobtainable). So if you're looking to get into sales, it's a great start. "I worked for SAIPA (KIA Motor) from 2005-2009, which is one of the biggest car manufacturers in Middle East. They have variety of production for three different countries. SAIPA is the second largest Iranian auto manufacturer. SAIPA was established in 1966, with 75% Iranian ownership, to assemble Citrons under license for the Iranian market. I found this company in a very good condition for customer satisfaction and positive environment. I used to worked in assembly line as an Electronics Technicians, and also worked as a Drafter after 1 year working in the company, which helped me to get more experience."
