"Overall, Kia Motors is a great company with a lot of benefits to their full-time employees. I was on contract there for almost a full year, so I didn't get to enjoy the company perks. People generally seem happy to work there."

"If you're cool with $30k-$50k a year in sales, $42k+$60k in finance, and $60k-$85k as a sales manager, then look no further. They've slashed the pay plan, taken away bonuses (or made them borderline unobtainable). So if you're looking to get into sales, it's a great start. If you have a family to provide for, keep on moving."

"As a Service Engineer for Kia Motors America, your work life balance may be unbalanced due to having to travel very often. The department I was in is ran extremely lean but with the benefits of working at Kia and being able to see the result of your hard work, it is an amazing feeling of fulfillment, especially with the all of the JDPowers awards that Kia has earned."

"I worked for Kia Autosport for less than a year. New management took over halfway through my time there, which was great for employee morale and overall sales. There are ways to move up in the company if you are interested to stay. Unfortunately, because it is the car industry there were a lot of turnovers."

"The company itself is a great place for college graduates but there is very little chance of company growth as there if a high volume of employees applying for the same positions. Moreover, the managers have little motivation for influencing to do better and only encourage them to complete their work."

"I worked for SAIPA (KIA Motor) from 2005-2009, which is one of the biggest car manufacturers in Middle East. They have variety of production for three different countries. SAIPA is the second largest Iranian auto manufacturer. SAIPA was established in 1966, with 75% Iranian ownership, to assemble Citrons under license for the Iranian market. I found this company in a very good condition for customer satisfaction and positive environment. I used to worked in assembly line as an Electronics Technicians, and also worked as a Drafter after 1 year working in the company, which helped me to get more experience."
