"I've worked for KEYW for a couple for over 4 years. I've seen them progress in terms of their communication and promotion of work/life balance. They work hard to recognize individual performance. They offer a great middle stance between small and large companies. They offer the work options of a larger firm, but the flat organization of a smaller company. I have had the opportunity to talk to the CEO on quite a few occasions. Their benefits are some of the best in the industry. The PTO and 401k are incredible."

"The Benefits - The best PTO and 401k in the business. Executive management is very accessible. CEO has an open door policy. They communicate to their employees through quarterly meetings, monthly newsletters, BBQs and bagel breakfasts."

"Know your stuff. Their technical interviews are some of the toughest, but you want to work with smart people!"
What don't you like about working at KEYW Corp.?
"When I worked for a bigger company, they had more formalized programs for everything. KEYW is newer and still establishing programs."

"Continue to promote from within and communicate to employees. Don't ever change the benefits."
