"KeyLogic is a firm that relies for the most part on government contracts for its business. It has particularly strong ties to the energy field . The senior leadership in this company is excellent - especially at the top level. There are many very talented people working for the company. There is no uniform, company wide approach to how projects are managed and some projects managers are better than others. The biggest mistakes I see here are in an over reliance on Agile methodologies without any flexibility. This can hinder the development process."
