"I worked for Key Ingredient in 2013 and found the company as a whole to be unable to make reasonable workload commitments, which led to substantial delays and upset stakeholders across the board. From my vantage the failure seemed to be on the executive staff's inability to understand process control and improvement, and a penchant for favoritism over objectivism. Resources were consistently allocated inappropriately and developers were rarely positioned to succeed in their tasks."
