"Fast turnover rate for employees to move. Not company's fault, it's retail."

"Functionality with personal life and second job that I had."

"Upper management ignoring you when you present them with evidence of other staff's wrongdoing."

"Listen to the staff, especially when you are in another city and never at the store to know what is going on."

What do you like about working at Susie's Deals?

"I loved how it was a small store I knew everything inside and out. I had my own clientel that would go in a ask for me. At one point I cleaned the whole store by myself because some of the girls didnt do that great of a job. I was management so I would open and close the store down. I loved training new employees because I would teach them my way so that they get every little thing down about the store."

What don't you like about working at Susie's Deals?

"I was in high school when I was working here, so when I would ask for some days off I would rarely get them off. We were only allowed 2 a month I believe. Plus I was a cheerleader in high school and I missed alot of stuff because I would have to work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Let your employees get the days off that they need with no questions asked"
