"No benefits, no 401, no direct deposit. Has older ERP system that is under used,opting for a tedious manual record card system that causes numerous process bottlenecks. A lot of micro-managing, with no patience for not knowing ALL of the company methods coming in. Was promised a 90-day probation period, and let go after 5 days. The only saving grace with having this job, is that it's better than not having a job."
