"Management doesn't have a clue. They have run the company in the ground and are now they aren't sure what to do. They hire crews or employees that are employed elsewhere and promise them all kinds of stuff for a couple of days work and then term them as soon as the work is finished. This is the place to go if you want to sit at home and starve. They don't have a salesman or a safety man and haven't for years. This is all done from Texas and when he does show up in WV he is more worried about sightseeing than anything to do with safety. And by sightseeing I don't mean a well site."
