What do you like about working at Kerastase?

"The salon environment is fun and upbeat, I truly enjoy educating and trainings on the new products and initiatives and I love building long lasting relationships with my accounts."

What don't you like about working at Kerastase?

"I am contracted currently, the benefits are not that great and I have to pay for travel out of pocket then get reimbursed. The sales side is interesting although my passion is educating and training."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Find a better way for the contracted employees to receive benefits and pay for travel expenses."
