Employees run the office and things are dysfunctional, but I do like my job. Don't expect any help from doctors or staff. You will be told it's NOT their job. (My first time ever experiencing that.)"

"I didn't like the uncertainty that came along with the merger. There was a lack of communication, but this was easily"

"Communicate effectively to your team members. There is not much that could have been done where the merger is concerned, but post all merger activities, communicate to keep up the moral."
