"Good pay and good benefits. Tuition reimbursement;good commute; flexible hours. Adequate opportunitiesto learn and grow, that were eventually sidetracked byshifts in corporate structure and ownership at the top."

"Company no longer exists in its former identity.It was moved South, has changed hands several times, and now has been absorbed into another corporate entity, with just the product brand names remaining."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The company was absorbed by a hugeconglomerate, moved, and totally restructured.Or better yet - do not allow the company to be bought out by a huge corporation that will eventually just chew you up and spit you out!"
