"Poorly run law firm headed by an egotistical lawyer who basically awards crony favors to his family members and, in one notable case, the ex-boyfriend of his daughter. Doesn't know what he wants in new hires if they're not related to him. He made us go through not one, not two but THREE office manager / receptionists this past summer because he doesn't know how to run a search. His wife is smarter than him; too bad she's not the attorney in charge."
