"I’ve been working at Kelly since 2018. During my time as a project manager, I’ve learned from many different project solutions, mentors I’ve been provided and my manager who is a solution architect. Kelly prides itself on its long history as the first-ever staffing company in the US. They are proud to have been pioneers in the industry. The interview process was a bit lengthy, with about 4-5 different interviews with different people. Since I joined Kelly, many changes have occurred. Most recently, they’re making people reinterview for the roles they’ve had for 7-10+ years and before I joined that had just happened as well. On the positive side, compensation has been good and the bonus structure each year is fair (although you won’t see it until March of the following year). Yearly raises aren’t common unless you are the exception to the rule. Most roles are work from home/remote if you work for KellyOCG."
"I was interviewing for a Channel Manager position that I was well qualified. After a 3+ month process that included multiple interviews, trip to Troy, MI, and multiple interviews there, I was told that I was the leading candidate and a decision would be made that week. After asking if there was anything that would disqualify me for the position, I was told no. I was informed by the recruiter that management was going to take a couple of weeks to decide. What happened is they opened up the process for another outside person (a friend of one of the management team) and offered that person the job. What is most disappointing is that if I was not qualified or was not a good match, just tell me. They went on for 3+ months interviewing me, background check, flying me to MI, and telling me a decision was imminent. There is a picture of the founder in the lobby in Troy..... management needs to revisit Mr. Kelly's vision. This is not a good place for a Vet, or anyone else... too much politics, lies, and deception..."
