"When I began working for Kelly Greens I found that it was quite a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere. I enjoyed the people I saw everyday and the work wasn’t too intense. As time passed I realized there was a bit of corruption when it came to the pay scales depending on who you were and who you knew. It seemed as though, no matter how great you were at your job really had nothing to do with how you were compensated."
