"Although my tenure with Keller Mortgage was brief and ended unexpectedly due to a company layoff, I am thankful for the opportunity of being able to refresh my skillset in Mortgage Loan Processing. I worked on a great team, with great leadership and thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the Keller Mortgage family."
"Great company to work for"
"Overworked and over managed. There is no work life balance and you are not paid nearly enough."
"Disorganized and reactionary, this company will micro-manage you by asking you so many questions, you are spending more time answering emails than getting your job done."
"Its a great company to work for"
"Better team member support, would like to see an open line of communication when in need of assistance. It appears the company is trying to grow too fast."
"The ability to work remote is the best benefit. The mortgage company is growing and expanding."
"I worked for Keller Mortgage for a little over a year prior to being downsized. It was a start-up company when I joined and there were a lot of challenges and changes for the first 6 months or so before they were able to settle daily routine. They went out and hired over 50 underwriters because their volume was huge in the beginning. Sadly though, their volume dropped severely by June and just never recovered. Their business is supposed to come only from Keller Mortgage Agents, but it was not popular with the Agents because most of them were comfortable with their current lenders. My time there was enjoyable and challenging."
"Micro managed. Underwriters are responsible for doing a lot of processor and loan officer work. Procedures constantly changing."
