"Confidence is key. They want to feel like you will be able to make the correct decision quickly. Also, teamwork is emphasized so be sure to speak about times where you were part of a large team."

"I dislike the lack of communication between management and employees. Changes often occur without warning or seeking buy-in from engineers."

"Hold meetings to communicate upcoming changes. Hold people accountable for not completing tasks on time rather than shifting burdens around."
