"Small but growing company with potential for excellent growth in the future. Production driven by orders, preventive maintenance takes back seat to production unless it's a major breakdown. Still working on a paradigm change necessary for success of newer policies. Unless this change happens, new maintenance manager will have the same problems I encountered of shifting roles, staff frustration, ambiguity in expectations. High changeover of personnel at all levels."
