"Management team worked like a well oiled machine in the early days as they grew the business in the early few years. It was a tight-knit family where every one was focused on the same goals."

What don't you like about working at KEEN?

"The company moved to Portland and lost it's entire mgmt team. It has had a lot of turnover since moving the company, but seems to have stabalized."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't loose your roots, they will guide you to stay towards true north."
