"supervisor had 100% turnover rate before it was realized he wa the problem - supervisor was fired six months after I left."

"better control over personnel to ensure fair and equitable treatment - listen when staff members jointly point out issues instead of waiting until everyone leaves to wake up."

"Don't relly too heavily on outsourcing offshore to Keane India. A person here with 25+ years experience is worth more than a novice offshore employee with only a few years experience"
