The company definitely provides amazing benefits and compensation only downfall being a large company it seems you become a number instead of a person or “asset” and when the economy is low they cut the lowest persons so being my first time ever to be laid off it hit me harder. It was a great experience to learn the things I have about locomotives and the railroad in general."
