"I would recommend that they negotiate their salary and not just accept their initial offer."

What don't you like about working at KBR?

"My main job is to design a safe, economic, and timely structural design to support process equipment and loads. However, I rarely have the proper definition in order to perform my job. This leads to a lot of estimating and guessing, which in turn creates a lot of rework. The time demand does not align with the amount of information I am given."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If I were running the show, I would have a more casual atmosphere."

"Nice friendly environment, I would have been there long-term if the office did not move 30 miles away in Houston traffic."
