"Do not work in the PMO! Be creative and yourself but be prepared if applying for a PM position, it's not fun."

What don't you like about working at Kelley Blue Book?

"Working in the group I am in, I am micromanaged and my time is used inefficiently. Too much time is spent nit picking instead of innovating and I feel derailed.. I feel like there are power struggles going on and I am caught in the middle."

"I would fire people who are ladder climbers and throw people under the bus."
