"Initially the company showed great promise however due to lay-offs every other year, diminished the work culture and created a crab mentality environment"

"This is a company to gain experience in the field, however it does not promise any real longevity or growth. If you are inexperienced it is a great spring board, however, those with previous experience in the industry will find themselves unchallenged and without growth. The company in itself needs to mature."
What don't you like about working at Kazork?
"The lack of clear vision and direction the company showed, every 6 months the CEO had a new vision."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Force the CEO to stick to a clear and thought out vision. Learn to master one vision at a time, instead of focusing on so many different things at one time."
