"At the WORST economic time, for construction in Oregon (end of 2008 and into 2009...construction unemployment was/is 25%), Kaycan fired me because they thought the poor sales numbers were my fault! Huh!"

What do you like about working at Kaycan?

"While I was there, I had the BEST CSR and Delivery Driver in the entire company; and I miss not being there for them. Since I was let go, (August of 2009) they have already hired 3 people for the management of the branch. The are truly horrible a horrible company to work for!!!!!"

What don't you like about working at Kaycan?

"The owner of the company took it over from his father; need I say more"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Sell the company to somebody that actually wants to sell high-quality products."
