"Large complex, sometimes disjointed company. It can be difficult to action important business collaborating across company divisions. That said, the company is trimming its sails, organizing and righting itself and is positioned to succeed in the AEC sector."

The executive leadership team has taken the company in a completely different direction than what was initially promised, and this has made Katerra a very challenging environment to thrive in. Tread lightly if you are considering Katerra as a potential employer."

"UEB was a great company with great leadership until the Katerra acquisition took place. Everything changed overnight and folks are leaving like a fire drill. Katerra is a joke but I wish them the best moving forward. To make this happen the Safety team needs to step up and do their job, lives matter!!!"

"I no longer work for Katerra but while I was there I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere as well as my coworkers. The company was very generous in the way of salaries and perks. The one thing they really need to work on is their direction because it changed about five times in the year that I worked there which resulted in multiple layoffs. I was laid off due to COVID-19 but the layoffs were happening before that as well, again, due to the company management changing the direction the company was headed constantly. If you don’t need to feel stable at your job I would absolutely recommend Katerra but for those that want to plant roots and have a long career with the same company I would look elsewhere."
