Katecho Employee

"By far the worst company I've ever worked for. They offer their employees nothing. They take advantage of the immigrants. Very low wages even though they work you to death. They like to hire sex offenders and they make you train them and work with them. You watch the manager flirt with his favorite inspectors. They say they have cameras but if they watch them they know what was going on. A very sad company. I would rate this company at zero. I feel sorry for the people that are stuck in that company."

Katecho Employee

"I have only worked here for 4 months but in this time my recommendations have been completely ignored causing a major crash of our critical systems. When trying to recover these systems I was made to involve outside vendors instead of performing the tasks myself, which led to me sitting around all day while other people fixed my systems."

"I reduced defects, improved Productivity, helped acquire a key customer, then they laid me off, I was used and discarded. Sour feelings toward that company. Recruiters say Katecho has a pattern of doing that."
