"Lack of structure and guidance. Antiquated system that made your day to day twice as hard. Still operates like a mom & pop shop, the company to large to function properly this way."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Provide mid-level managers and supervisors OUTSIDE training and development. This would allow them to accurately develope excellent Account Managers."
