"I've worked for KIC for two and a half years, and have found it to be a fairly enjoyable experience. There are a lot of opportunities to learn and freedom to develop skills. The company culture is fairly relaxed and friendly, and very good for someone beginning a career. The company does pay workers marginally for the amount of work they do however, and the tendency to overload talented people with responsibility has caused a high turnover rate."
