What do you like about working at Kar's Nuts?

"It was a good match for me sinice I worked for Safety Kleen call on the same accounts."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Only take a Mro supply job with the following in place , a small base salary contracted for 12 months, commisson on all product sold, mileage for your car at least. with out these things inplace . Also you must get them to give you some regular accounts to work. This is a very hard thing to get them to do , because you are being hire to open new accounts. You must show you can do the job, then deman, deman ,deman . Unless you have a lot of contacts in Automotive, Industrial , Construction and Large repair shopl you are not going to get rich selling in this field, I would say 3 out of 10 do well."

"Opening new accounts was real fun"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Change the Pay structure and keep it simple and take care of needed expenses."
