"I like working in an engineering field. I am learning a lot, and have much more responsibility in my current position than I've ever had at previous jobs."

"Other people interviewing this company need to be very flexible and able to work in an unorganized environment, but the management is very congenial and easy going."

What don't you like about working at Karel-Gordon & Associates?

"I don't like my salary, it's barely enough for me to get by on all my bills, and that the type of engineering that I'm currently doing isn't the exact same type of engineering I studied in college. Also the office does not have a clear organization system."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest to the management that they update their billing system. The current system is very convoluted and constantly requires maintenance due to various bugs and problems; and the office is fairly unorganized."
