"Working with Newton vendor as inspector where employees and project managers came into my office to inform me of the mistakes made in the field and what was being done to corrrect them so they could be documented"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Keep trying to do what the trainers suggest in the best way possible for your people skills and trust no one except your own skills to inspect the job to the satisfaction of the end user (the public) and hope the trainers see you sincerity."

What don't you like about working at State of Kansas?

"Department head and trainers wanted me to yell and scream at the vendor when mistakes were found and I believed there was a better way to handle people than this."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Understand that even people being inspected would like to be handled as if people's lives depended on them emotionally and physically with the best man for the job."
