"Very old building. Poor lighting, ventilation, restrooms. Bad location. Expensive parking.Outdated work tools. No electronic collaboration tools. No teleconferencing tools."

"Keep doing the amazing work you are doing. Respect the employees enough to move somewhere else. The building was a car dealership that should have been bulldozed when it was damaged by the tornado in 1966!"
