"Very old building. Poor lighting, ventilation, restrooms. Bad location. Expensive parking.Outdated work tools. No electronic collaboration tools. No teleconferencing tools."

"Keep doing the amazing work you are doing. Respect the employees enough to move somewhere else. The building was a car dealership that should have been bulldozed when it was damaged by the tornado in 1966!"

"It's a graduate school. To apply you have to show you know physics and you have to pass ETS tests. To pass them you just have to prepare."

"Sometimes the job can be done much quickly if there is an experienced person who can guide you and answer your questions."

"The group meetings are important. The job can done in better way if there are meetings where you can share ideas and get information."

"There is no interview. You just have to be admitted in a graduate school. You have to have enough scores in a ETS tests and you have to show that you are capable to do physics."

"The grading is not very much exciting thing to do."
