"KCS is very good company, but not much of growth opportunity nor challenging are expected."

"It was too relaxed as work place. Not much of training to improve fresh-out-of college workers. Marketing was not strong."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"As construction company, they need to be more aggressive. Marketting needs to be better."
