"They are having problems due to the economy and done have a clue on how to handle their issues. They are going in the exact wrong direction by laying off the key people and bringing in inexperienced and incapable people to run the operation."

"Focus on the customer satisfaction and quality of the products more than production numbers and the production number will follow."

"The benefit package is what sold me. It is genuinely a nice place to work."

"If you are an asset, you need to know that they expect you to relocate anywhere they want to place you. They will also work you many, many hours. I did at least 10-14 hours a day, many without taking a lunch break."

"The policies and procedures need to be updated and are being in the process of being updated. This has only caused confusion for those of us trying to do our job well."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Continue to update the policies and procedures and stop the autonimous behaviors of each plant. Function as a corporation. Offer assistance to those plants that ask for it...this of course, is directed to Corporate."
