"I guess the turn around time on the pre-approval process took long."

"Just to be a little more organized. In terms of where and how to label the files/folders of our assets."

"The culture is fantastic. Casual dress, monthly activities or challenges to work out, small teams that make you feel like you're making a difference. It was also close so there was a small commute."

"Be honest. They really do focus on the personality as well as the skills."
What don't you like about working at K2Share?
"Felt as if there was limited upward mobility, and I felt underpaid since it was a small company. Sometimes it felt as if there wasn't enough resources to handle spikes in the work load so it was hard to work on side projects."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Work to plan more in advance, and reduce emergencies by investing more into providing more resources to allow side projects to be accomplished."
"This company has a truly toxic culture dominated by very immature, back-stabbing college students. Top management is detached, acting as though they are running General Motors rather than a small company. The supervision is terrible."
